This is a fun, exciting and challenging indoor fitness boot camp. Our trainers build a new 10 station circuit every day utilizing Trx Suspension Training, free-weights, bosus, punching bags, kettlebells, aglity drills and dozens of other innovative techniques to keep you challenged and engaged. Work at your own pace on each station for one minute, take a 30 sec break and switch to the next station. We complete the circuit 3 times in an hour long class. Meet other bicyclists that are interested in regular rides at a brisk pace (15-20mph). We are currently riding 2-3x/week in the evenings (9:45-11:00pm). The course is a 2.3 mile circuit in Dublin, CA. (Most of us are not categorized USCF racers; we aim to stay fit and throw in a few sprints for fun.) Why so late?
